Firstly, I watched Iron Man on DVD. It. Is. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, I love Tony Stark. I think the main difficulty with the role would’ve been making such a jerk (well, originally a jerk) likeable, but that’s exactly what Robert Downey Jr achieved. Keep watching after the credits. Apparently, there will be a few sequels PLUS Iron Man will be in the Avengers movie and, if I’m not mistaken, the character of Tony Stark breifly appears towards the end of the Incredible Hulk. However Terrence Howard will no longer be playing Rhodes; that honour will now belong to Don Cheadle. Seriously, I’d seen some stuff RDJ has done (e.g. US Marshalls), but now, I really want to see more (although I’ve been wanting to see Kiss Kiss Bang Bang for AGES) because I am impressed by his acting.
Next movie: How to Lose Friends and Alienate People. The main thing I’m curious about is how much of this movie is true and whether any of the characters (e.g. Sophie Maes) was based on anyone in real life. This one’s good if you want a laugh.
Then: Indiana Jones 4. Yep, good old Indy. Nice scene involving quicksand or something along those lines.
